Return process
Step 1: Request a product return by calling 03-7843 3886 / 3810 or emailing naveenkumar.suwedan@endress.com
Step 2: Complete the “Declaration of Hazardous Material and Decontamination" form and place it on the outside of the packaging with any other documents (if any)
Step 3: An investigation report will be prepared with a quote to advise you whether the device should be fixed or replaced if it is deemed beyond economic repair
